She was launched in 1913 in Ecorse, Michigan and was operated by the the Chicago, Duluth & Georgian Bay Transit Company until 1963 when she was sold to a holing company who operated her between Erie and Port Dover, Ont. until 1964
She was sold at auction in 1967 for use as a training ship in Maryland, she sunk in the Atlantic while under tow.
