Gypsy the bride?

We drove by Gypsy, the famous Instagram cow on Capitol Hill, to see if she had a new outfit on. This is what we found – a wedding veil draped around her horns and a white ribbon on her neck that had a diamond ring pictured on it. Maybe her humans were getting married?
