No ‘Tuna’ Salad & Air Fries

‘Tuna’ Salad Wrap and Air Fries. Do you like
Tuna Salad but get concerned about the level of
Mercury in Tuna (advised not to eat more than
Once a week). Hurray for Chickpeas with the texture
of Tuna and high in protein. I used a recipe by
Isa Chandra Moskowitz from her book, “ISA DOES IT,
Vegan Recipes.”

The dried seaweed gives this delicious salad
a definite taste of tuna. If you don’t have Isa’s books
You may check the local library. I did and then ordered
My own copies. Every recipe is a winner.

I think I’ll add pasta to the leftovers and make a casserole.
