Meat Shop

Pressed duck & Chinese sausages hangs on the wall. When cooked in steam rice,
all the flavours and aroma permeate into the rice. Quite delicious.

Mmm mmm - we used to go to a restaurant in Ottawa - just for their pressed duck - to die for :) I like the inclusion of a couple of Yucca plants ! V
