Fro those not familiar, Phở is Vietnamese noodle soup usually made with beef.
The broth is very rich and Jalepeño, Sweet Basil, Bean Sprouts, Fish Sauce, Sriracha, etc. can be added to suit your taste.
We have been going to this location for almost 25 years, and they never disappoint.
