Memories

I've collected several Christmas decorations from our travels.
This one came from Budapest where we met Pbaser Helen Betts and her husband Tim.
Can't help wondering when we'll get to travel abroad again.

At the current rate I'd put better odds of a trip to Omeath as per your post for 28 December before anywhere overseas. However... coincidentally just before I saw these posts I decided to start planning my next trip in theory.

Merry Christmas, Mariread!!! This is such a pretty ornament with good memories attached. Because the world's future remains so unknown, unboxing our Christmas ornaments (collected throughout the years) was extra special for me, too, this year. They represent so many memories of what used to be. At this point in history, "normal" travel seems to be far, far away. But no pandemic lasts forever. Meanwhile, the greatest gift any of us can have this Christmas Season is good health and happy memories. Enjoy the holiday.

travel abroad is problematic, and may stay that way for a while...how about a weekend in Connemara?..your tree is looking great, and the ornament is so pretty..
