This wasn't a long road trip by any means. We have done it many times. We rolled back into the driveway about 2 pm and proceeded to unpack the car and return to our usual habitat. It is great fun to travel and visit places. It is also nice to return back to home base. The last leg of the day was from the Texas welcome center on I-10. It was 1690 miles total. We had a great time with friends and family. I am ready to go again any time.
