Finnish coffee bread aka nisua or pullapitko

Lots of cardamom in this traditional family staple. I fondly remember eating nisu when I was a poika (boy) at Tati's house (my Finnish aunt)

Very nice detail. They are called Zopf in German as Boris indicated. I like Belle's look. "V"
