Avro Manchester B1A L7515/FM-S of 207 Sqn RAF
The Manchester was not a successful aircraft considered greatly underpowers by a pair of Vulture engines which were also unreliable, It entered service in November 1940 and was withdrawn from operational use by mid 1942.
The Manchester was later redesigned with longer wings and powered by four Merlin engines, it became the Lancaster.
