Especially so near Thanks!giving.

Mr. Packer was the bogeyman for us kids growing up.
He was buried just down the street from where we lived.
We walked by his grave almost everyday!
Yes! We did believe there was a cookbook
“How to Serve Your Fellow Man “ By Alferd Packer”
Some of us actually looked for it at the library.
It always seemed to be checked out
