The Last of the Garden - Swiss Chard

One of my favorite garden plants. Love it with balsamic vinegar. And so good for you. Look at these numbers in one cup cooked:

Great capture of this very colorful plants, and impressive information as well. I don't think I've ever even seen Swiss chard before!
