I had no intention of photographing wildlife today but you never really know what opportunities will present themselves. I was standing next to an old apple tree when this Columbian Blacktail buck ventured into the open. He was determined to have some apples and circled down wind of me to before searching for apples. He acted very alert and wary but at the same time approached much closer than I expected.
