I captured this image at Cardiff Reef yesterday with my cell. The weather was chilly, the sky was cloudy and the texture of the ocean was the same as the sand- not a wave in sight. And yet there were the surfers. I guess there are times when the sport is less about sunny day wave riding than hanging with good friends.
