Baked Ham, Cauliflower Cheese and Fondant Potatoes

Baked ham – lots of recipes for this on the Internet, choose your own! I boiled mine for the requisite time,
then stripped off the skin, scored the fat and spread it with a mixture of grain mustard and honey, and baked
in the oven for 30 minutes to brown the fat. There are also lots of recipes for cauliflower cheese.
Fondant potatoes are quite easy – peel and cut into cylinders and fry in a little butter until golden,
then turn and fry the other side to golden. Add some chicken stock to come half way up the potatoes and simmer
gently for 20 minutes or so, turning once or twice, until the potatoes are cooked through (test with a skewer)
and the stock has been absorbed. Season with freshly ground black pepper to serve.
