probable Blackburnian Warbler (face pattern) - no tail (211013 IMG_9173).jpg

note: legs and feet are "Pinkish buff in Juvenile plumage" [Cornell's Birds of the World Online].

My first thought was Blackpoll "Legs pale orange-yellow, darker on sides in female and paler in juvenile. Legs may be dark in fall immatures (Basic I plumage). Soles of feet orange-yellow in all ages" [Cornell's Birds of the World Online].

These (and other) photos of legs/feet just not good enough to be a differentiator for me, so I am weighing the face pattern more heavily. A more experienced eye may better judge significance of the legs and feet.
