My Mom passed away this morning.
She was 98 years old and had a long and healthy life.
Death is never pretty and always sad.
That is not how I wish to remember my mother.
My mom was a lover of all things beautiful and was very pretty herself.
She adored and loved her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
So this is how I will remember my mom.
A photo almost forty nine years old holding my oldest son, her first grandchild when he was just ten days old.
That beautiful smile of hers will always light up my heart.
Rest in Peace Mom or as her grandkids and great grandkids called her Grandma Bobbie.
