Confusing individual... photo insufficient to rule out possible juv. Common Ringed Plover. The amount of white, particularly on the forehead and the wide long supercilium seem to lean toward Ringed, but differences are, according to books quite subtle. These 2 photos (and an unhelpful 3rd) were the best I could do from distance with full zoom. I took them expecting to exit car and get closer and also use scope. Unfortunately the birds flushed before I could get out of car and flew well out of sight. I've not been able to relocate.
