This is truly delicious. I first put a skillet of this together Saturday. It was so good I did a repeat today. Used 8 inch iron skillet. Alternative Breakfast / Brunch Started with a little water and low sodium V8 juice. Sautéed onions and sliced portobello mushroom. Added— 1 TBSP balsamic vinegar 1 tsp Maple Syrup Basil Pepper Garlic Ginger Corn Precooked Quinoa Kale Nutritional Yeast (adds vitamin b12) In the last few minutes added CousCous to the bubbling skillet.
