Jalapeno hot dogs inspired by Sam the Cooking guy (find on YouTube). I made them a little differently but basically the same. These were a big hit, will definitely make them again. I'm new to cooking corn on the cob on the grill but it is easy and tastes very good. I've also made some "Mexican" street corn starting with grilled corn and it is also very tasty. Lots of different ways to make it. Enjoy!!
