Here is a view of the front of the hanger. The plane in front started life as a Boeing 377 Stratocruiser for Pan American Airways. It was later sold to Aero-Spacelines and converted into a "Mini-Guppy" to carry large cargo, including NASA spacecraft. Later versions of the "Pregnant Guppy and Super Guppy" were used for even larger cargo, like the Space Shuttle!
