My grandfather was an engineer on the Burlington Northern and Quincy Railroad. He left his watches to his daughter's son. This is the one he left for me. If you look closely at the back cover you can see some numbers the jeweler recorded for the inspections. As you can see by the second hand it is still running today. The movement was manufactured 1915.
