Nice and sharp but shooting outdoors in the harsh light can be tricky sometimes.
In an effort to get enough light on the shadowed side of his face the sunny side of the models head ended up being overexposed.
Finding that balance and using things like reflectors and flash sometimes isn't possible in candid street photography which I assume this is.
