1 can 3-Bean Salad
1 can Chickpeas drained
1/2 cup Quinoa (rinsed)
Chopped Carrot
1 cup V8 juice
1 1/2 cups water
Handful chopped Kale
1 cup chopped Bok Choi
1 chopped Tomato
Chopped onion
Garlic
Basil
Cumin
Slow Cooked with Crockpot on High 3.5 hours.
