Pendragon Castle.

The ruins of Pendragon Castle from the 11th century. In Ravenstonedale in North Yorkshire. Said to have belonged to Uther Pendragon - the father of King Arthur.

still impressive after 1,000 years, although apparently not to this pair of locals...Arthur certainly got around, as it's a long way to Tintagel..
