Staring Contest - 1 of 2

Just below the man there is a seal in the water. Seals frequent this spot because
it is just below the fish cleaning station (to the right with the light blue metal roof).
But unfortunately for the seal there are no fishermen at the station throwing heads
and tails into the water. Instead there is just a furry creature staring back at the seal.
