Near the start of my morning walk

I try to start at 6:00 in the morning this time of year. It takes me about 80 minutes to walk just over six miles.
When it gets hotter I start at 5:30. In the Winter I start as late as 7:00.
I prefer not to walk in the dark because I have to carry a flashlight and I have encountered Coyotes several times.
We also have Mountain Lions in the area, which I have not seen, but don't want to meet.
