We spent the whole day touring in Savannah and the surroundings. Savannah Dan led us on a two hour walking tour of the old town. He was very entertaining and informative.

In the afternoon we went out to the Museum of the Mighty Eigth Air Force. It was very well done. They have a B-17 on display and a few other planes. There were several movies. To me the most interesting was a WWII Air Force recruiting film featuring Jimmy Stewart. One thing that was fun was the aerial gunnery simulator.
