There are no vegan sparrows.

Gland - Vaud - (Switzerland)

Sparrows are omnivores, or at least I think so, as they eagerly swallow any sunflower seeds I leave for them in the bird feeder and also love croissant crumbs; but they don't disdain eating small worms, grubs and such.
In short, the vegan sparrow is a species yet to be invented.
This one in the photo is enjoying his dose of protein, munching on I don't know what insect, maybe some kind of mosquito.
In this case, I am sincerely grateful to him.

A tack sharp image of the Sparrow. Nicely cropped.
The town on an inclement day was a great idea for your interesting images. A number are well worth an individual showing.

Besides! If there were vegan sparrows. We would know about them already because they would have told us ;-)
