Another relocation day. About 434 miles in seven hours. The weather was fine and there was only one traffic jam which took a little over 10 minutes. We have traveled this route many times on the way to see our oldest son and his family. Alas, this will probably be the last time since he is moving to California.

So on these long drives, what does Ginny do? She does a lot of reading, mostly old National Geographics from our seemingly bottomless collection. Another thing she does is write notes of our daily activities. These she combines with photographs we take along the way into a diary of things we do. It is an excellent production. She has dozens of diary books on the shelf and it is fun to read through one to remember (in great detail) the things we did.

I really like it when she is reading or writing because then she is not helping me drive.
