ExactRail PS 4427 to be cut down to a two-bay covered hopper as PLCX 958, one of several 4427 hoppers in the Pullman lease fleet converted to 3148 cf two-bay covered hoppers for cement, sand and roofing granule service. PLCX 958 was one of the rare low side cars converted.
