But... when?? There's no EXIF date on it. I imagine that it was in the northern autumn of an unknown year; the light on and through the leaves is stunning. I also love the shimmer on the river. Trees in colours like these always take me back to a shot that I did on a country road in Oregon in late 1999 using an ancient 35mm point and shoot camera. Unlike this shot, mine ended up being a woeful result in itself; but perhaps a fortunate one in that it got me to take photography more seriously so that I would never again miss preserving a scene like that the way you've done here.
this shows exactly why we travel too...such a wonderful scene is the reward...Nova Scotia now has firm travel restrictions in place, barring non-essential travelers altogether...
