There's a lively street art scene in Dundalk which has inspired an
annual festival which sees top Irish and international artists invited
to town to paint murals.
This one is by local artist OMIN and depicts Paul Kavanagh who worked as a press and commercial photographer.
The elephants at the bottom recall one of his best loved images which
depicted a circus making its way through town in the early 'sixties.
