The original Fujifilm X100

I've been tempted by every new model of the X100 but
haven't pulled the trigger. I almost bought the X100V,
but couldn't bear the idea of selling this little beauty.

Best viewed at original size.

Nikon D700 ,Nikkor 50mm f/1.8 AF
1/200s f/11.0 at 50.0mm iso200 full exif

other sizes: small medium large original auto

Beautiful image from that D700 and that great 50mm 1.8 lens. I have the same combination and use it a lot. However, with not quite the same degree of success that you get out of it. V

A superb image, with great lighting. It's easy to follow the allure of the new but you manage to produce quality images with the equipment you have.

Great product photo with this exposure. I like the brown background. "V"
My dad used to say "Your last shirt has no pockets", so just buy the camera.

what a classy subject, and so lovingly portrayed...new has its attractions, but a reliable and comfortable veteran is to be treasured..

It's definitely a nice looking camera, and you've photographed it well. Why not have both? V.

Great portrait of this now iconic camera...like that organic wrist strap. I'm glad I bought into this model line. V

This an absolutely amazing image of a camera. You could have done commercial photography as your life's work with pictures like this. Big Vote, Don.

A keeper for sure and beautifully photographed!

Wonderful image! It looks like it should be on Fuji's web site or advertising materials. I would probably buy a new one if there were some compelling features that I wanted and keep the old one too. ~BV~
