A Little water (or Tomato Juice) in a small iron skillet
Handful each of Chopped Beet Greens,
Sliced Mushrooms, Bok Choi, mixed stir-fry veggies.
Ground Peppercorns, Ginger, Garlic, Onion Powder;
Lemon Zest.
In separate pot cook Rice Noodles and then add to Iron Skillet.
Stir! Turn off heat and allow to stand 4 or 5 minutes.
