The reason I selected the fast shutter speed of 1/125 for this gallery
Is that the closer the car is you can still great roughly the same background
Motion blur as you would get when the car is at a further distance with a really
slow shutter speed.

1/125s f/16.0 at 100.0mm iso200 full exif
