Good use of fast shutter speed to stop the action and capture a fun and interesting expression on the dog’s face. The lower shooting perspective provides a better capture,
bringing the viewer into the dog’s world, rather than shooting from above. Shooting in the snow i.e. high white reflective surfaces will see your camera’s exposure
average out to it’s inbuilt 18% grey. You will need to dial in a half or 3/4 stop of light above the meter’s reading to achieve properly exposed white snow.
Colour balance may also need some tweaking on a clear day when the blue sky is reflected in the snow. Shoot in RAW and correct these in post.
