Elk Neck SP Turkey Point - During the hike out to Turkey Point Light House;
All along the North East River side of the hiking trail were THOUSANDS of Scaup and Tundra Swans resting on the North East River.
Best I can guess, these are Greater Scaup; there might be other ducks, but the distance was too great to positively ID.
In this image, you can see the opposite side of the North East River where I heard shotgun bangs - hunters; some on small watercraft.
