I learned from this setup that vibration was significant at this magnification even with a time delay and mirror lock. I tested my RRS B55H ball head and my Sirui pro pan tilt head. I found that I could not stand near the camera during the exposure. I had to sit down and hold my breath or step a fair distance away. Exposures were made with a wireless remote and mirror lock with a 3 second delay, The ball head was heavier and squatter. The pictures seem to be equivalent but the vibrations died out a little sooner with the heavier and shorter ball head,
