This figurine is numbered #794 and was made by Wagner & Apel, a company that started in Lippelsdorf, Germany in 1883. It is marked on the bottom with the W&A mark and crown, one of the earliest marks used up till 1935. So the figurine would have been made before that. The piece is from their 'Flesh Collection', named for the skin tones that look like real skin.
