The British Columbia provincial government has purchased a large hotel in Victoria to house the homeless. Too bad this building couldn't be put to a similar use in Rochester.

a rectilinear nightmare here, and not just the hotel..it's no beauty for sure, with a sort of wedding cake meets radiator design..
