Nutritious Breakfast

Trying to eat well for best health and
Especially since I’ve just completed 10 days
On an Antibiotic and steroids.

Oatmeal (Nutrient dense: Manganese, Phosphorus, Magnesium,
Copper, Iron, Zinc, Folate, Vitamins B1, B6, B5, B3,
Calcium, Potassium)

Pomegranate Seeds (High Vitamin C)
Half Banana (potassium)
Blueberries (Nutrient dense: Fiber, Vitamin C, K, Manganese)

Oatmeal is one of the best breakfasts you can eat. This looks good! I fix mine with veggies!
