I am savouring ever last moment of our Christmas decorations. Traditionally the decorations aren't taken down until January 6th in Ireland and I think we need all the light we can get in these dark times.
So pretty. Once we stopped doing real trees, we now usually leave things up until January 16; which is 10 days after Three Kings Day. So does our City. In the days when we had a live tree, the tree always came down on January 6th. Frankly, I really enjoy the festive feeling of the extra warm light indoors during the dark days of Winter and try to extend it as long as possible. This year, I'm tempted to leave things up until Spring. We need a lot of extra light in our lives this year.
I really love your typewriter ornament in this photo. The lighting and ornament are gorgeous.
Very nice with this lighting, colros and depth of field. Three Kings, January 6 is when all the Christmas decorations are removed where I come from. Big holiday too. "V"
