This image was captured in the lower area of Canyonlands National Park, called the "needles district" about 70 miles south of Moab. This is in the back country about 10 mile hike from a very difficult two rut jeep road. It is a challenge to get into and I'm sure few have visited this far in. It was worth the effort.
