Mabry Mill On The Blue Ridge Parkway In Virginia-SOLD

Mabry Mill is a popular tourist stop on the Blue Ridge Parkway especially in the fall. This painting is what I have been working on with the weather being pretty miserable and Covid 19 out of control in Virginia. This is a 12" x 18" oil on stretched canvas.

Love this scene and handling of the light .
Beautiful water and excellent background nice free brush strokes.
Nice placement on the canvas frame and you photographed your art work perfectly.

Beautiful work! My father was born at Meadows of Dan and My grandfather had his grain milled here. Of course this was all way before the Parkway, but the stories were always interesting. V
