This curious little building in the graveyard behind St Helen's Church was erected in 1927 to house
the electric pumps used to provide the air for the organ in the church. Electric pumps of the time
were noisy and were often sited outside the church. Nowadays, the building also contains the central
heating boilers used to heat the church.
