Drink plenty of fluids if you cannot get medical attention and stay calm. In most cases, your body will deal with the venom. It won’t be fun.
The most important part of this whole process is to get to a doctor so you can get the anti-venom. That is the only way you can affect the venom. Otherwise, you are just waiting out pain and devastating effects
