7:43 AM, October 11th. Driving US-2 over Stevens Pass towards Leavenworth I come around the corner and see this. I have to stop for pictures.
The road is a nice leading line. The trees and fog are nice. Then the colorful hill, with some fall colors. It had just snowed that week, and the hilltops looked great. The sky is boring.
I think this might be my favorite photo I've taken. Top 3 at least. I liked it so much I went back 4 days later, but it wasn't as good (no fog).
