I was lucky enough to go to Texas to visit my college roommate just before everything shut down.
We had such a fun day! First we visited a cidery and when I asked about the apples, I discovered
that the apples had come from my hometown in Upstate NY! We then went to Ramen Tatsu-ya,
a ramen restaurant (delish and very filling!) for dinner followed by our stroll down Congress Avenue where
we discovered this fun music store. After that we toured the Austin State House (it was free and open to
the public...even on Saturday evenings!). We then met up with friends for a drink and ended
the evening viewing the statues of Willie Nelson and Stevie Ray Vaughan. Great day with a life-long friend!

Oh, and I have memories of some crazy times in college too!
