Natural Vegetation

Outside the EPCOR fence, the natural landscape looks like this.

As seen in the earlier diagram, this location is at a bend in the river creating a meander.

The meander continually changes shape as the fast flowing current of water erodes the outside bank of the meander bend and deposition occurs in the slack water of the inside of the bend. The inside peneplain so created is also prone to flooding. This is fertile sedimentary soil.

The water treatment plant and the proposed solar farm are located on the inside peneplain.

Very nice tones and lighting. From your description this is not a good place to build. "V"
