The Blasting Rock

Natural Bridge State Park, North Adams, Massachusetts

A solid hiding place.
This is where the quarrymen would run to after placing their blasting charge.
(The previous photo shows the wall they took the marble from.)
Interesting how a tree is now growing out of the middle of it now.
